I like the mod! You can still recognize that the aft panel weren meant for a diagonal shape but its fine i think. Good work.

For the stats I'd prefer 3 agi and 4 hull and a turret upgrade slot.

Thanks, yes I did "borrow" TheRealStarkiller's picture of the rear turret, hope you don't mind.
The card is not actually a title but the rules for using the Auxiliary Rear Arc. Basically it is similar to the Firespray's Auxiliary arc but 180 degrees to the rear and only range 2.
I did cover up the points as I would like to see what people would speculate the value to be.
The unique pilot's ability reads: "When you perform a primary attack in your front arc you may attack again in your rear arc".
EDIT: The maneuver dial is the same as the TIE Advanced but the 5 straight is red.

To be honest, with your stats this craft would be the squishiest in the game. And thats how I would imagine a Tie Aggressor.
In fact it should be more like: Take the Tie Advanced, subtract the expensive parts like hyperdrive and shield generator, add a turret, a gunner seat for the turret operator and increase hull plating.
But if you insist to guess the costs:
12 Points for the PS3 pilot
15 Points for the PS5 pilot
Yes sir, they are just too squishy for higher costs.

Well, we do know that wave 8 won't contain ships from the new films, so it could be the imperial ship for wave 8.

Make it like the twin linked laser cannon:
Attack 1 target twice. After rolling for damage ignore all damage results if the enemy is hit it suffers one hit.
I'd give them 4 Hull too and maybe even a crew slot. Base would be 14 points.
Thanks for the feedback. I tend to agree that the base stats are weak, even compared to an Academy TIE. My points cost were: 15 for the PS 3 and 20 for the PS 5. His ability is quite powerful so I tried to factor that in. I think a Hull of 4 is plausible as it could be said to be reinforced with equipment and power generators for the turret and accomodation for the second crew. I tend to think of it like a Y-wing equivalent so the second crewman is just a gunner position.
So proposed improvements could be:
1). Increase Hull to 4.
2). Increase rear arc range to 3. It is still only a 2 dice attack but would be far more useful. It could act as a flanker and take sniping shots.
I think both of these changes might bring it back to costings of 14-15 for the PS 3 generic.
It is great to see artwork for it done by FFG... it now looks like it is a strong future contender!

Also, there's no reason it should have 2 Missile slots. Aggressors carry fewer missiles than A-Wings, TIE Advanced, etc. which all only have one Missile slot.

Not a fan of the ship... But seeing how this is a rear facing turret... What blind spot are you even remotely talking about? The front one? Its not suppose to give support there, it is a tail gunner and it has unimpeded access to both flanks.
Your going to need 4 hull and think about how many you want to fit with howlrunner. A howlrunner swarm that doesn't need to kturn with more HP sounds like a blast.
Most new ship and nerf ideas are doubleplusungood. This, however, is doubleplusgood.

That said, this should either be a simple turret upgrade slot, or your original 'rear arc, but only range 1 or 2' - the reason for this being upgrade cards that interact with firing arcs (outmaneuver, etc). A full 180° arc with a front arc as well would give an awful lot of coverage!
Then again, a turret on an imperial ship would be fun regardless. But how how then to do our elite pilot? Hmm.

Note this does not preclude the firing of a missile.

Also why only 2 agility and not 3 like the other imperial fighters??
Nice model/conversion and I think it would be a cool addition to the game.
I just ran my first playtest with these using the stats as shown on the card (3 Hull). I upgraded the rear arc to range 3.
The set up had Howlrunner in the middle of the cross flanked by 2 Academy Pilots with the Aggressors fore and aft. I had a flanker Academy as well. I armed them each with either a cluster missile or a concussion missile.
This formation didn't last long before it lost cohesion but it looked intimidating at least! The range 3 rear arc may seem extreme but I never inflicted any damage at range 3 vs an X-Wing or Z-95 as it is still only a Attack 2 weapon. However at range 1 it was pretty useful. Still it was fun to do a drive by. It was only a practice game and I did end up losing but it was a good learning experience. Their lack of barrel roll wasn't really missed as it was likely to still get a shot. However my opponent flew well and often managed to get close enough and be in their blind spot on a couple of frustrating occasions. Needless to say an X-Wing at range 1 with a Target Lock was deadly!
I am sure when FFG makes their version it will be quite a different beast. I wanted to make it as unique as possible from other ships from the auxiliary arc at 180 degrees to the unique action bar for a TIE series craft.
Giving it a turret upgrade opens up a whole lot of options but to me it works better as an integral weapon system. I am sure the Rebels will probably get a range 3 primary turret with their K-Wing so it seems fair that the TIE Aggressor has something similar.
I was tempted to give it 3 Defense but felt that this really is the strength of specialist interceptors and fighters and not a support weapon platform. With a range 3 primary weapon that covers a large area it can act as a sniper on the fringe of the battle of try to overwhelm with an escort at close range (what I tried to do). It certainly played differently for both players, the Rebels were very put off by it's ability to shot at them with some impunity even if it wasn't that effective.
EDIT: My PS 5 pilots ability "After you perform a primary attack in your front arc you may perform another attack in your rear arc" was AWESOME!
