Player luck vs skill

By Papa Midnight, in Warhammer 40,000: Conquest

In your opinion, what percentage of a game comes down to player luck versus player skill?

Secondly, which races (decks) shift the pendulum of luck and skill? (ex: In an SM deck, it might be 60% luck vs 40% skill, while in a Chaos deck, it might be 70% luck vs 30% skill, etc)

Comments are certainly appreciated. :)

I think skill is huge. The greater the disparity of skill between 2 players the less luck has to do with the outcome. Likewise, the smaller the disparity the greater that luck will play a part.

I consider myself a good player. NOT great, but good. I've played some guys a consider great, or near that, and most times it doesn't matter what I do. I end up losing!

I feel that thanks to the still relatively small cardpool some mirrors feel pretty draw-reliant. Aside from that I've found that skill feels much more important as long as you don't encounter the rare "super awesome hand vs. reaaaally abysmal hand" extreme.
