Therefore, if the ship with lower PS has Decoy, and the ship with higher PS has Bodyguard, the ship with Decoy could swap PS, and get buffed by Bodyguard, even though that's otherwise impossible.

They trigger at the same time, so it's possible.

Ahhhh, I use Bodyguard so often that I forget it had that PS requirement
