While true, juno does increase the amount of green maneuvers by 4 making it a bit less predictable by being able to change on the fly.
Also if you want a bigger threat out there use this i dont know if echo is a boy or a girl, but might keep the name? maybe.

love the fact that the only four move she cant do is the 2/1 kturn and the 3 bank and reverse turns
Yeah no hard turns are green but she has plenty of banks so with a little forward planning it'll all work out.
Juno is a monster with Stay On Target - it allows her to modify her move to almost anything else on the dial at the cost of a stress. Combine it with Advanced Sensors, and you've got a ship that can be anywhere.

Problem with that is you got a 30 point 2 attack ship. You can throw Prockets on her and make her a bit more dangerous though.
I think I'm going to run her with like in the OPs list with PTL and ATC. If you can fit it, EU would be pretty sweet as well.
Edited by Jo JoSoT is great i use it on keyan all the time but i'm leaning PTL because of the ATC needing the TL to work leaves the first round of shooting unmodified where as with two actions i can focus.
Also if i get in a bad spot SoT does not really help me turtle PTL does.
Juno's Dial is great. I'd stress dat.
