My list is pretty straight forward.

Han: Predator, 3PO, Gunner, Falcon, Engine (62)

Bandit: (12)

Total 98.

How important will initiative be for this list at regionals.

Should I use that last two points to swap Gunner for Luke?

Being able to give your opponent initiative might be a big deal if you are facing a lot of Soontir's with Autothrusters. It gives you a better chance of getting an in-arc shot at him or at least completely denying him shots if you while you wait for your consistent red dice with gunner to be able to take advantage of when his green dice inevitably fail him.

However, if you think most of the players that care about initiative for their lists will be taking at least a two point initiative bid the you are going to probably be better off with Luke.

Ok what about

This brings me back to 98.

At PS11 with a 2 point initiative bid you should be fairly likely to get to choose who gets initiative. You've taken a little bit of a hit to your offense by dropping Predator that you might feel when up against low agility ships (especially if they also have low PS).

In a mirror match against a Han that took Predator instead it will probably help you of you are ahead on points, behind but have more hull left, or tied. If you are behind on points and he's got the same or more hull it puts you into a rough situation.

At this point it's all about tradeoffs. Both of those are solid builds and which one is better will depend on what everyone else brings. If you end up hitting a lot of BBBBZ, Brobots, and Dash with PTL Corran the VI and the initiative bid is 3 points poorly spent.

If instead you end up on the other side of the the table from a lot of Soontirs, VI Chiraneu, or any of the higher PS Scum with VI the whole tournament it will be a dofferent story.

I'm sure you'll do fine anyway, but I personally would have gone with Predator due to the popularity of 4BZ and Panic Attack these days.
