He looks too young for that - the clones in the Rebels season 2 trailer already look like old men, and that's, what, five years before A New Hope (and thus this game)?

Because I'm going to buy everything they make for this game, I believe I have the right to make the following statement as a customer:

Stop doubling up on unique cards, please. At least have the decency to make different versions. It won't hurt you or your company if you make 2 different Boba cards and 2 different R2 cards.

It's bad enough I had to throw something like 10 cards away with the 2 cores and wave 1 repeat junk. Just make 1 more version. It's really not that difficult.

i like having two of each so i can have one core box that just has IA campaign and another that has IA Skirmish.

You're pissed over extra cards? I... can't imagine why. This is a miniatures game. They need to cater to people who might not buy everything. It happens and it doesn't harm anybody. A card is cheap enough that it certainly doesn't raise the cost of a package.

Instead of stressing over redundant cards, how about worrying they won't include enough cards. The expansion will have 2 groups of Heavy Stormtroopers and Tusken Raiders. If they include just one regular and one elite deployment cards for both units, like they did in the core with Royal Guards and Trandoshan Hunters, that's a real reason to get pissed over.

I think it's a waste of cardboard and missed opportunity to create variation in the design space. "Pissed" is really too strong a word to describe my opinion on the subject. Disappointed or mildly agitated at getting something that I will throw away out of the box the minute I open it because it is duplicated in a different mandatory product purchase would be more accurate.

Let's not get to semantic over the word mandatory, either. Everything is required for those of us who intend to build on the play experience, as I intend to.

They certainly didn't cater to people who need 4 Royal Guards to compete, but that's a different subject.
