The Prothetess Special Ability allows her to change a Adventure Card she draws for another, does this count for Dungeon cards as well.

Dungeon rules, p. 10:

"Special abilities and effects that apply to Adventure Cards behave differently when characters are in the Dungeon Region rather than the Outer, Middle, or Inner Regions. When used within the Dungeon Region, these special abilities and effects apply to cards from the Dungeon deck instead.For example, the

Prophetess’s special ability states that whenever she draws Adventure Cards, she may discard one card of her choice and draw one more card to replace it. While the Prophetess is in the Outer, Middle, or Inner Region, her ability applies to cards from the Adventure deck. However, while she is in the Dungeon Region her ability applies to cards from the Dungeon deck instead."

Sorry l never explained myself very well, l was in the Outer Region & another character drew the Dark Denisens & we all had to take Dungeon cards for two rounds, so can the Prophetess take a Dungeon card then exchange it for another.

The answer to your question is "yes" by implication. If she can exchange an Adventure card while on the main board, and a Dungeon card while in the Dungeon, then she can exchange a Dungeon card for another Dungeon card while on the main board.
