Those ship cards are a fairly awkward size. Does anyone know of any card sleeves or binder sheets to fit them?

I know FFG makes a Tarot sized card sleeve that works for the cards fine. On the back of the Armada box, it tells you which sleeve sizes are appropriate.

I think Mayfair makes a similar sized card sleeve.

I like the micro hanger boxes that was made up.

I managed to get the tarot sized sleeves and put two cards the A and B card back to back in the sleeve.

I then bought a folder, some 3x3 card pages for the fighters and some 2x5 business card holders for upgrades.

3"X5" notecard holders fit sleeved tarot cards decently well. Target, Walmart, Staples, etc. all carry them too.

They also fit ship cards in rigid card holders (BCW Tall Toploaders).

I forgot to mention that the ships go into a ziplock folder insert, so all my cards are in one place. I also have the rules in the insert on the back of the front cover of the folder.

To make the tab labels I just loaded up the pdf of the rules, snipped up the bit with the logo and text names of teh upgrades and then pasted that into word and blew it up a touch. After that it was just a matter of cutting them out and sticky taping down.
