She spent almost a year on the AGOT boards begging for a Worlds top 8 playmat before someone apparently sold her one, and has previously been on these forums trying to find someone to part with the Core Set Acrylic IDs that were given out as Top 4 prizes at Worlds 2012.

So, rarity and price appear to be no object.

Those were top 8 worlds 2014 playmats. I doubt anyone will be willing to part with them. If they are, you're looking at paying a few hundred USD.

Fair enough. Most people don't check these forums, especially the competitive ones. I'd check around stimhack.com, though you may get flamed (they're good players and a fun bunch, but are sometimes more direct and brutally honest than is needed).

You could check on bgg as well, a few more of the competitive group read there as well.
