Definitely FCS on A Baht. Marksmanship is a bit redundant for his ability as he crits automatically anyway with a hit.

Your other elements need a bit of work. Your B-wing has way, way too many upgrades on it. In the end all they are is 8 hitpoints behind 1 agility die. Drop EU and the crew. Then you can go with something like this:
