Congrats on the win man, we had a tough last match together. The mexican standoff was rough but I knew if I moved first I wouldn't have you in arc but you would have me.

All I really remember is how the momentum would switch back and forth every few rounds.

This statement could not be any more true. You definitely got the initial momentum swing but soon as I took at RAC it shifted right back, once we got down to one ship each it was a toss up.

That shot though in the corner before the Mexican standoff was ridiculous, the dice gods were definitely on your side right then. Good game though man. Hope to see you at Nationals or Worlds.

I am working on it. The first few rounds are up here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzWuajaszy3CNK8827wy9bg and the next several and interview with Hothie are encoding and should be online soon. ALL rounds will be viewable at that YouTube Channel by tomorrow morning. It just takes time to go thru the video and then it takes time for Twitch and YouTube to code and upload them. Patience, Padawan.

Congrats on your win Baron!! I was there as well and it was an absolute blast. I didn't do all that well (2-4 by the end) but I made a number of mistakes that I learned from as well as facing some pilots I had zero experience with (I don't get to play as often as I would like... Luckily that is starting to change )

I doubt I will have a chance to make any more regionals but good luck at Raleigh!

Great report. I too am going to my first regionals this year and am equally nervous about how it will go. I think its awesome that 3 Brobots made it into the top 4 and doubly awesome that you were able to beat them all!

What was your thoughts on taking Stealth Vs. Hull? Personally Hull is more reliable in my experiences.

True its a guarantee but I expected to face a ton of turrets and felt like giving autothrusters an extra chance to trigger would prove more valuable over the course of the day. That said only 2 of my pairings had turrets but they were there by the dozens. Also having that extra evade vs all the HLC's I faced made the difference I feel like.

Very good points but also Darth Vader RACs can eat up stealth device really easily. That's why i'm running shield at 99 RN.

Great job! My brother was your first round (b) opponent. Stopping in and watching the game from time to time during my bye was nice and while my heart was breaking because my brother kept trying to chase Fel, I knew that was exactly as I would have done.
