♦ Expansion Release Dates (Waves, Aces, Epic) to wave 19 - Unoffical

As you can see from the graph, the dates are derived in a very math based way.
The original graph lines followed the "linear trendline" projections very closely.

A table and graph depicting expansion release dates
2011 to 2022, up to wave 19, for three factions.
No this one is not a joke thread, like the wave 11 one,
although I was tempted to call it Official Wave 19 speculation etc.
And yes it was a lot of work, but it is only one variation/version.

If you appreciate this then please give a hand at this thread:

Ace TIE Defenders

  • 181st Imperial Fighter Wing (Blood Stripe)
  • Red Star Squadron
  • Interloper Squadron
  • Stranger Squadron

T-65AC4 X-wing and/or Y-wing Aces
...with multiple titles:

Most Wanted 2 with Imperial ships.
Doole's Defense Fleet http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Doole
is an example of pirates using Imperial ships.

  • TIE/LN starfighters
  • TIE/In interceptors

The Hornet-class interceptors would also be cool.

As I mentioned in the joke thread, I'm still skeptical of seeing the Rogue Shadow now that we've Juno Eclipse as a pilot on the TIE Advanced.

I really would rather love a PROXY crew card, though, presumably one that can leech abilities in some way (similar to how he would change his holoprojectors to images of other people to access their information).

That's a good point but I got my inspiration from this:

You mean a Starkiller crew card?

The question for me is what ratio of people are going to want the symmetrical one.

.

And to your other question, Big Bold underlined are Huge, and just bold are large.

Oh, almost forgot, I also Italicized all the Aces.

Not that there's probably a lot of things here that has inconsistencies, but why would it list two large ships on the first line of scum? I mean Brobots are popular but it was only one large base release.

People count those bases/dials as part of their collections I noticed.

But at first glance your question made me second guess wave 10.

Scum got the Firespray in that release.

Ha, didn't think about the Slave. Thanks for pointing that out, I counted through twice and was like, wait a minute, this doesn't add up. Just for the record, it bugs me having Slave 1 dials in my scum case and no ship. I may just have to move one if mine over to that case to help cure a little OCD on my part.

So where did all this come from? Is this just your speculation or what?

Whisky

Tango

Foxtrot

!

2021 for the Avenger and it comes with an Epic ship like the Advanced with the Raider. And that's after a planed 2nd release of something that's not even out yet(K-wing). This thing has to be a joke right?

I want to believe this too badly.

To be fair it is speculation because the alternative is predictions based on evidence. And nobody's got any of that anywhere.

I don't have the words. I really, honestly, do not have the words.

You don't need them. We already have graphs.

The projected release graph probably has a lot of accuracy to it, but the ship speculation is a bit ridiculous. We have no way of knowing the exact names of the ships FFG plan on releasing, and I'm willing to bet a lot of the 2016 release schedule will be Episode VII ships, rather than EU stuff.

What's the provenance of the spreadsheets?

The release dates graph is interesting. The wish-list looks... wish-listy.

No, PROXY, who's almost as lovable as HK-47. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/PROXY

I'm so conflicted on the Rogue Shadow being Rebel or Imperial. Almost everything you can put in the pack could legitimately have both a rebel and imperial card, save for Rahm Kota.

And I want the asymmetrical version.

That makes it 50/50 so far.

What's the provenance of the spreadsheets?

If you mean proof of origin, then you're asking me to prove that I made it; Try and find another version anywhere else, if anyone had made anything similar I would have noticed that too.

I want to believe this too badly.

What part is it that you want to believe? I started on the chart and graph because I found the "Official Wave 11 speculation" thread almost offensive, so I had to see if it was possible. But as I already said "it is only one variation/version." It can easily be revised to have more expansions per date, or earlier dates, or different ships per date (I know it's easier for people to whine then to type their own ideas in the boxes). It's not like I can make an animated gif with all the possibilities rotating in place every few seconds...

or well maybe...

I'll get back to you on that one,

jk/lol.

You must not have been on this forum for very long. It's easy to say that speculation is ridiculous, but that doesn't stop people from doing on here, about everything, over and over and over again....

I would dare speculate that you must use the word ridiculous a lot on here.

We've seen TIE fighters and X-wings, and a new shuttle in Episode VII so far, so unless this movie is just loaded to the brim with ships I seriously doubt there will be much new in Episode VII.

I'd be glad to be wrong but going from what we know right now... (not ignoring the chart is very mutable)... I'd say that making up ships to criticize the chart is far more in the realm of the ridiculous.

A very short official list:

2 more things:

1)The dates on the line graph don't match the dates on the table.

2)The game will have been out for ~11 years according to the graphs and no core/rule set update?

1) You're reading it wrong, the graph is made automatically from the data table, spreadsheet. If I had to guess I'd say maybe you don't recognize that the dates on the left are just the Y-axis.

2) As I've already said, no one has said anything about a Core Set 2.0, the table is base what we know now, and it is a spreadsheet therefore not static.

The T-70 X-wing fighter was a modern variation of the classic design X-wing starfighter used by the Resistance in their fight against the First Order almost 30 years after the Battle of Endor.

I don't know how much this changes things as the CEO of FFG said X-wing miniatures take place in the Rebellion Era, and this Resistance versus Frist Order may be a different Era. Technically 25 years afterwards.
