So I am new to the game. Me and my group have just played the beginners adventure with the pre-made characters and now we are about to make our own characters!

I am so into the Outlaw Tech Technician. But I can't really find the rules for building your own crap? It only says how to repair stuff.

What rules are you guys using for building your own things and if its in the book, what page??
