As for quoting, if you think that was rude (which it wasn't intended to be), you have missed some of the more dramatic moments on these forums.

More than anything, I'm just getting so tired of people getting personally offended over a joke, even when it isn't directed toward them in any way. If you designed to the K-Wing, go ahead and be offended. Otherwise just get over it. I wasn't rude or insulting to you in any way.

It's an odd thing: As I got to a point, nearly finished, and it felt right,

I got chills.

But the current version has a few flaws.

I doubt they will announce/release three Huge ships at once.

And two uglies as a S&V Aces pack is a bit of a cop out.

You could just as easily swap in their places in the timeline

the Krayt Fang for the YT-2000

I made no claim you should agree. In fact, I didn't even agree with the statement myself. Like I said, I think it looks OK. But making a joke isn't saying "everyone should agree with my aesthetic choices". It is saying "here's a laugh if you do."

And so they do. Some people hate it, some people love it, and every shade in between. They say so on the forums, you know, acting like not everyone hates the K-Wing, but some do. And everyone is fine to express their opinion. But just because someone states a dislike for something you happen to like, it doesn't make them rude, nor should they have to hold their tongue because you disagree with their opinion.

You brought rudeness into the conversation. And seriously, "This isn't as bad as that other time" is about as weak as an argument can get. Like someone saying "I only farted at the table once, but this other guy did it 7 times a couple days ago when you weren't around. See? I'm not being impolite."

About politeness, I genuinely didn't intend to be rude. But I'm pissed off as a result of all the vocal negative attitude, and that may have been translated in my post as, 'ENOUGH!'

I'm a very blunt person and sometimes it comes off as rude when it was never intended that way.

Until we see pilots within the same faction faction on two different ships as pilots, I will remain skeptical of Rogue Shadow.
