X-wing Team Tournament


Date: June 6, 2015

Start: 11.00

End: 18:00

Entry fee: € 7,50 (including entry fee for the store)

Location: GameForce Visserstraat 18A Eindhoven

Player maximum: 8 teams (16 man)


Time table:

Start round 1: 11:30 - 13:30

- Break -

Start round 2: 14:00 - 16:00

Start round 3: 14:00 - 18:00


Both players in the team bring 100-point squadrons of the same faction and compete through a number of Swiss-style preliminary rounds while following all the standard rules described in the X-Wing Tournament Rules document:


- The amount of ships a team can have must lie between 6 and 12.

- Any abilities that can target your own ships cannot be shared with your teammates fleet. (don't try and find loopholes I will simply rule against it.)

- Unique pilots and upgrades are limited to one per team.

- Rounds will be 120 minutes.

In addition the GR75 transport is allowed! and can be used by all factions. The transport will also become that faction for gameplay and rulessake. (Scum and Villany can use Greedo as upgrade for the transport but not chewbacca for example.)


Prize support:

- The standard obscene amount of prize support (the GameForce standard) will be given away.

I need to figue out if I am able to give 3 tournament kits away if 8 teams show up. More on that later.

- Prize packets will be made and chosen by ranking, so everyone will go home with a prize!


Each player brings the following, (Its no problem having the the digital paperwork on your phone.):

- A digital or printed rule book + any additional rule cards (Boost, Ion, etc.):


- A digital or printed copy of the tournament:


- A digital or printed FAQ:


- A digital or printed squad list:


- At least 3 red and 3 green dice or the FFG dice app (see tournament rules)

- 3 asteroids or 3 debris fields (sizes of your choosing) making for 12 obstacles per game in total.

- One complete set of movement templates, range template, damage cards.

- Your (up to) 100 point squad, including all the official cards, upgrade cards, correct base templates and the corresponding movement dials.

- Enough tokens for to complete and compliment your fleet. (as this is a FFG game you should be drowning in tokens anyway.)
