Squadron Command on Yavaris ?

By JP_JP, in Star Wars: Armada Rules Questions

Squadrons activated with Yavaris can attack twice if they don't move....

My question is :
Can a Squadron activated with Yavaris attack 2 different targets, or is it the same target that gets attacked twice ?

My gut feeling tells me it can attack 2 different target. So using "Dutch" Vander, you could Activate 2 different Tie Squadrons and force them to "skip" their turn.

I've always played it that way, hoping it's the right way.

Ok... that's 2 of us :)

The card doesn't specify a singular target, I would assume as long as you meet all the normal engagement rules, yeah you can attack two different eligible targets.

You definitely can attack two different targets. There isn't anything that would prevent it in the rules so long as they are both legal targets.

they are 2 totally separate/different attacks (as long as you don't move)

so in turn 2 you park a ship in front of the VIC and move the squads in

in turn 3 you blow the heck out of the vic with bomber lol

I agree, there is nothing to suggest that both attacks must be directed at the same target.
