When a ship with pilot skill value of 4 or greater is destroyed, it will be replaced with a basic skill level ship as reinforcements.

Does reinforcements have the same upgrade cards besides the EPT cards or is it complete empty?

In detail:

If a Gamma bomber + Proton Torpedos gets destroyed, will the replacement reinforce Scimitar bomber will also come with Proton Torpedos or will it be empty?

My local club played through the campaign as a group earlier in the year and we played it as though it was a naked basic replacement with no upgrades.

Im going to play the first mission on friday.

I need to know what the actual rules are.
