Moving Range Bands

Moving range bands cost 2 maneuvers in some instances. Does that mean you have to burn an action for the extra maneuver, or can you go half way 1 turn, and then the rest the next turn (to make it a total of 2 maneuvers)?

Nothing says you can't burn one now and one the next, though I'd say once you burn the first one you're kinda committed to the movement. No takebacksies.

You can burn Strain and just move with 2 maneuvers.

I am afc at the moment but I definitely remember seeing something in the crb which said you could spend maneuvers over two rounds to travel to long and extreme ranges.

You would have to split those maneuvers across multiple rounds if you're a minion (which cannot voluntarily suffer strain) or a Hutt (which has the ponderous quality, and thus can only take a single manurer each round to move).

Page 202, Change Range Incriment bullet point, second-to-last sentence: "When covering long distances, multiple maneuvers do not have to be performed on the same turn, but the character is not considered to be in the new range increment until all required maneuvers have been performed."

So "halfway" each round is perfectly acceptable! Indeed, as kaosoe said, it's the only way a minion can do so, barring spending 2A on their roll—or 2T from an opposing roll—to preform another maneuver.
