Seems (at least for me) that the weapon fields are associated with each other on each half of the page. And if you fill in the ROF boxes (the second and third) write the same numbers into each other based on what had a number put into it first. Availability doesn't have that problem though.

Not sure about vehicles. No need to use it currently.

Yep, it's a mistake, sorry all. I should have it corrected and an updated version up soon, hopefully tomorrow.
