Let's say I have Leia Organa on ship A and Raymus Antilles on ship B.

When you switch Commands using Leia's power, does the Command dial you put on ship B is revealed or hidden ? Leia's power states that you "change that ship's top command to your revealed command". I don't know if the top command can be revealed... if it is revealed, then I guess Raymus's power wouldn't trigger since it's face up...

Or maybe I'm just reading the rules wrong and Reveal only means to put the command dial, faceup next to the plastic ship. So when you reveal the command dial, it just means you activate the ship... so in that case, Raymus's power would trigger after switching command dials with Leia's power.

Anyway... question : When using Leia's power, does Raymus's power triggers ?

When you use Leia, you change another ship's top command without revealing that command. It's still face down. The next time that other ship activates, you reveal that dial Leia modified, and Raymus would trigger at that point in time.
