When attacking, the calculation card says you may change 1 eyeball to 1 Kaboom, does the spending of the focus turn your other eyeballs to Booms like it normally would? Or do you need to have 2 focus to modify the dice?

Calculation only changes a single die. If you want to change the others then you will need to spend a second Focus token.
