simple question: does a Tech-Priest in Dragonscale Power Armour count as hulking?

i don't see any thing that could change the size of this armor. anyway it s a tech priest armor made by techpriest for techpriest or any one withs a pretty good reasons to have one. if their is an organization capable of creating this kind of tuff whithout changing the size it will be the mechanicum.

Since it is classed as Light power armor (as it only gives a +10 Str bonus) it does not increase size to Hulking.
