I'm fine with playing on opponent's terms with this list so no initiative bid at all. 6 Fighters supported by Gallant Haven and Yavaris should be sufficient to keep my fleet safe. I plan to win with sheer numbers, mobility and long range weaponry.

Suggestions?

My only concern would be the inability to use many upgrades, but I do believe the extra activations you are sure to have will be very effective. Let us know how the play testing goes.
