Box of Rain has grown on me so much over the years.

Bob. Marley.

Mixed here and there with Muse.

The new Imagine Dragons CD is pretty good.

I'm always down for some Madsen (German).

Playing at home, always 88.1 kdhx.org ... On my drive to regionals today ... Rush, of course (Clockwork Angels, followed by the live release from same tour) .. but also St. Paul and the Broken Bones .. seems to be a good pre.tourney album for me ..

Awesome Mix Tape #1. I knew that Guardians of the Galaxy was going to be a great movie when, at the start of the movie, Starlord puts on his headphones, pushed play on his Walkman and started dancing through the ruins on Morag to Redbone's Come and Get Your Love.

Spent about forty minutes on YouTube this afternoon listening to various versions of "Jolene".

Miley Cyrus' might actually have been the best I heard, although I'm not sure how that happened; I wonder whether she's smart enough to realize she's wasting her time and talent making forgettable pop. Maybe she is, and she just doesn't care?

The current list of "Songs I want" from pandora:

Old no. 7 - The Devil Makes 3

Woke Up this Morning - Alabama 3

Blue Moon - Frank Sinatra

Black Beauty - Lana Del Ray

Unsteady - X Ambassadors

Golf on the Ceiling - The Black Keys

Come With Me Now - Kongos

Waiting Game - Banks

Wow! Good stuff! It's been so long since I listened to Japanese music. I like this one a lot. It's like Japanese rock. I mean, it doesn't sound like J-POP. It's not poppy enough. I like this sound better. Cool guitars!

Lately I've been on a Skillet kick along with some Three Days Grace. I have to share a Three Days Grace song. Every time I listen to it, it reminds me of X-Wing. The title is "One Too Many" and the chorus says "One too many is never enough." I can't help but laugh when I listen to this song and think of all of us X-Wing nuts.
