I decided to give repainting the Nebulon B a go. Questions / comments / thoughts / suggestions welcome.

So on the topic of canon: I am not an EU guy, which means all we really have to go off are the CR90 blockade runner, the transport from Hoth, the ships at the battle of Endor, and the scenes with the medical Nebulon B frigate.
Overwhelmingly, these are gray / off-white with elements of red. Thus, my rules for the rebel fleet to try to conform with this while also realizing that you can't go "100% as it looked in the film" because you see so very few ships in the film are:
- Gray, Red, and White should be the dominant colors.
- Ships should not be perfectly uniform, nor perfectly maintained, to give the sense of a guerrilla fleet.
Thus the choice of color palette here. Also, the Imperial ships are largely spotless white/gray, so I don't want to be recreating that exact same color spread for the rebels (I want someone who has never seen Star Wars to be able to distinguish one fleet from the other at a glance), hence my choice to emphasize the red element a bit more.
