When Rebels are picking their Side Mission question

Sorry for the dumb question, but I haven't had any luck finding an answer to this question so far online:

When Rebels are choosing their side mission are they allowed to look at the rewards for the missions before choosing? For example if they draw "Sorry about the mess" reward: Han Solo & "High Moon" reward: Peacemaker reward card. Can they look through reward deck and see what Peacemaker is? or do they just have to choose without knowing?

They can look at the reward deck.

RRG (rules reference guide) page 22 under reward cards on the right hand side.

It's also mentioned on RRG page 13, under "Hidden Information" -- the Reward Deck is actually the only deck that the rebels *are* allowed to look at, as opposed to (for example) items in the tier 1-3 decks which they are not allowed to look through in advance. Curiously, that section also kind of implies that rebels are not allowed to look at their own XP upgrade decks, but that doesn't make a lot of sense.
