The final door says that it closes at the end of the round. How does the last hero get through? After activating the door you would need 6 movement points to get through. Seems like the only option is to have available endurance and take 2 strain for the extra points. Am I missing something or is it really that hard?

Taking strain for additional movement points is hard? Perhaps you should consider resting from time to time.

But I think the point is for the rebels to help each other, e.g. with "Command", to make it as a group.

In a mission with Trandoshan Hunters and IG-88 where strain is being tossed on heroes as much as possible, yeah it can be hard to find some available endurance for movement points. Even more so in a high thread side mission where the imperial can bring in Elite Trandoshans and reinforcements every turn.

Gideon has command, Jyn moves in interrups, Mak can have free action after interaction, Diala can move someone with force, Fenn can use tactical movement.
