1.am i missing something about "deadly" or its completely usless on Hodor becouse he can't attack??

2.power of blood plot card please explain -i lost the military challange so i can choose a noble character and have a "free save" from plot card or i can't choose a noble character becouse he can't be killed??

1. You can defend yourself against your opponent's Deadly character and Hodor will not die. He would if he hadn't the Deadly keyword.

2. You can't choose a Noble character to die because he cannot die.

1- During a challenge, if the attacker controls the most partecipating characters with the deadly keyword, the defender must choose and kill a partecipating character after the challenge resolve.

Deadly keyword does not prevent a character from dying by the "deadly" game effect.

The Deadly on Hodor is still important, tough, because it helps on the Deadly count on the defending side.

;-)

ok thanks

but what happens when you have only one character in play and he is noble, you can't choose him to die so you have free save right??

It is tempting to think of it that way - and the result looks a little like that - but not really.

If something cannot die, it cannot be chosen to die. Is Power of Blood is out and you lose a military challenge, you are not allowed to settle claim by killing an unkillable Noble character and must choose a non-Noble character. The non-Nobles cannot "hide" behind the Nobles.

If the only characters you have are Noble which cannot be killed, you cannot settle claim legally so nothing dies. It's more like losing a military challenge with no characters on the board (or losing an intrigue challenge when there are no cards in hand or losing a power challenge when there is no power on your House). Nothing is actually saved because nothing was ever actually in danger of being killed. The result looks the same (nothing dies when you lose a military challenge), but it is better not to think of it as a "free save" because nothing is "saved" the way the game defines saves.
