Not to steal the thunder from FFG's recent dice, a bunch of us at BGG are pooling our orders together and ording a set of custom dice:

We're ordering sets of the redish color and a greenish color from Chessex. Notice the elder sign is engraved, and most of us want it on the 1. It looks like due to our size of order, the dice are around $.50/die (without shipping).

If you don't like the look (and cost) of FFG's new dice coming out, you might want to get in on this order. The guy who's ordering the lot and then shipping to us is going to "close" the order on Friday I think. Here's the thread with all the details:

Thanks, shnar! I am much more attracted to these dice, and I trust Chessex.

Just wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to read this, the order is closing on Friday. Go to BGG and check it out, dice are down to $0.42/die (shipping will be more), so I'm ordering 50 dice, 25 red and 25 green. They're much simpler, easier to read, and will add a very nice touch to the game
