Something that I haven't seen come up yet, but please correct me / point me in the right direction if I'm wrong is the sort of Organized Play events that are running over in the Star Trek Attack Wing camp.

*Don't lynch me yet, hear me out*

While I'm not keen on the apparent power creep of STAW, or the detail of the mini's, or a few other things I won't list here. The one thing I would like to see happen over here are some Story/Narrative driven tournaments.

While playing the 100pt dogfights are fun, I'd like to see if an ongoing campaign style tournament would be a viable thing?

Any thoughts on this? or am I alone here?

I've started writing a campaign that is strongly narrative based and in which decisions taken can affect future scenarios.

For our Toys for Tots fundraiser tournaments last Decemeber we ran a 2 week event that was narrative driven. Players donated cash or toys to rebuild ships or purchase new ones.
