Admiral Chiraneau "Squadrons that you activate can move even after that are engaged. When an engaged squadron moves this way, treat it as having a printed speed of "2"." Now The Corrupter "The speed of each squadron with Bomber you activate is increased by 1 until the end of its activation"

So when you use these two in conjunction, Bombers Only move at speed 3 when they are engaged?
