Not bad. Not a fan of the Mangler on Kath because it does nothing for you in your rear arc. Those 4 points could upgrade your TIEs to PS3s, making them less vulnerable to Predator, or one of them can become Backstabber for a flanker.

personally I don't buy that the firespray isn't manoeuvrable so id drop engine upgrade and bump up to obsidians, id also be tempted to switch calculation for VI(mainly coz I don't own it so haven't got to use it yet ;p)
