Jan can only be triggered once a turn so Chewie takes a focus and an evade each round or can allow Dash to do the same if he is in range and in a jam.

Jan Ors crew doesn't care about stress. As long as you've got a way to get a focus token she can turn it into an evade token. Recon Specialist gets shut down if the ship it is on has a stress token because you need to be able to take a focus action to activate it.
