Scum Squadron, thoughts please?

By Rat of Vengence, in X-Wing Squad Lists

Hi all, I am thinking of running this list at a local event coming up;

Boba Fett (Scum) (39)
Veteran Instincts (1)
Engine Upgrade (4)
Andrasta (0)
Kavil (24)
Predator (3)
Blaster Turret (4)
Unhinged Astromech (1)
Binayre Pirate (12)
Binayre Pirate (12)
Total: 100

I am liking Bobba being able to reposition to best use his ability/arc dodge, and Kavil with a turret seems a bit of a beast. Green 3 moves should get him into/out of trouble pretty quickly (for a Y-Wing :P) Pirates for blocking/scoring a few hits.

What do you think?

You might have fun with this,

Emon + Andrasta + K4 + 2 x prox + 1 x proton + ID

Kavil + autobl T + eng + PTL( or Pred) + unhinged

Blk sun soldier + Feedbk ( or DMS )

100pts

Did rather well with it.

also noticed the andrasta title on Boba....no bombs?

anyway good luck in your tourney, hope the suggestion helps :)

Ooops, I had taken the mines off but not the title.

You're list is solid. It's very similar to my go to scum list which I enjoy. Only difference is upgrades and I take a thug in a warthog Y-wing.

I think you will enjoy it.

Any other thoughts on this list? What do you think it would struggle with?

This is one I made that's a bit similar: http://xwing-builder.co.uk/view/242894/scummin-and-bummin

I opted for the increased firepower on N'Dru and a more self-sufficient Boba and Kavil over the extra Z. Overall it's a fun and competitive build IMO.

Looks good KT. Personally, I like running 2 of any low attack dice ship, and one can be easily ignored, two might do some damage :) But yes, your build certainly looks like fun.

Unfortunately, Marksmanship on Kavil can't work, since he needs to Focus in order to fire the Blaster Turret.

edit: My bad, I didn't see the Experimental Interface
