I've been playing around with a 3 Y-Wing list and have come up with this, apologies if its been posted elsewhere or if I purloined the squad name.

YBombs

3 x Gray Sqn Pilot: R2 Astromech, Bomb Loadout, Extra Munitions, Ion Cannon Turret, Hull Upgrade, Seismic Charges

or

3 x Gray Sqn Pilot: R2 Astromech, Bomb Loadout, Ion Cannon Turret, Shield Upgrade, Proximity Mines

Thoughts, comments and criticisms more than welcome.

With the proxies, I'd probably downgrade to Gold pilots, the proxy mines don't care as much about pilot skill. Then you can throw Extra Munitions on them as well.

This, you actually benefit from the lower pilot skill with the prox mines

Drop the mines and then just circle them to see if anyone wants to charge in to try and take you out.
