Quick conversion in the engines to switch the fins up and a simple grey scheme with touches of my existing rebel colour schemes.

Also phenomenal.
That is some great edge highlighting there, good job.
Looks good. Going to make some styrene fins myself. Aiming for a more shark look like the MkI.

Yeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssss. That looks incredible, thanks for posting more shots!
That looks SOOOOOOOOOO much better with the fins up. . . How did you do that?
How do you repaint them?

I just twisted the piece off, the cleaned up the join and superglued it back on...
How do you repaint them?
I'll see about putting together a quick guide.
This looks really good, I especially like the small alteration with the rear tail fins, makes it look a lot better.
Although I have to admit I don't care for your Rebel fleet color choices, your skill and execution are outstanding. You have quite a bit of talent both in building/moding and painting. Very well done.
I dig it, Seriously cool.
Beautiful ! Really enjoy your painterly style, all you touch has a distinctive look to it.
I want to play against your fleets and just look at the table excitedly like.
Much peace,
Malev
I bet your one of those people who says painting like this takes you 5 minutes, and then i want to throat punch you because i do not have the patience to do that kind of work.
Looks great man, keep it up and really excited to see the rest. Reminds me i need to post my painted stuff up tonight when I'm done.
I think lots of painters like to say "oh this? this took me 20 minutes" but the reality is when we're painting time as we know it ceases to exist.
The assault Frigate took me all evening, but didn't feel like it took that long. I've just finished some Tie Fighters and Corvette and again, all evening...

True, but painting never takes me 2 hours. 20 is more realistic for some of my more involved 6mm scale tanks and mechs. So I'm shooting for anywhere between 4-10 hours for these ships. I will see how close I get when I can start painting again (getting ready for a big move right now).
