Yes. At the start of your turn, all your active cards with SOT effects trigger. You then resolve them in the order of your choosing.

• Starlight Crusade causes you to lose a click, flip a pancake to get it back.
• Beach Party causes you to lose a click. GCS lets you flip a second pancake to get it back.

All in all, it's a lovely combo if you can get it going. Don't get tagged, or the corp will trash your pancakes and watch you starve.
