Holocrons and class skills

Looking for some advice. Our group is rotating GM'ing our party. Our game crosses all 3 books though they haven't actually joined the Rebellion yet. I have 1 PC who wants to play a force character/Jedi. She's taked Force sensative exile and through the course of the game she has gotten her hands on teh holocron and successfully acivated it. I am allowing the holocron to act as a mentor of sorts and allow the specializations in Force and Destiny to be bought now.

OK, enought of the set up. Neither of the other 2 human pc's have any interest in becoming force users (at this time, it's not in their plans) and of course our droid PC can't, but would they be able to benefit from the 2 class skills granted from the holocron? The other PC's are around her a lot when she is inteacting with it, and at least one of the PC's is very interested in the stories and lore the thing is spouting.

My original thinking was that there is no realson they shouldn't be able to.

Ideas? Should they be able to pick them up? I was thinking on charging 5 exp to pick them up, if they want (like Combat training in te Recruit specialization on AoR), should they just gain them or be completele denied them?

Just curious on thoughts.
