If Demolisher has Engine Techs, it can do either of the following:
Option 1: Attack > Move > Attack (using Demolisher) > Move (using Engine Techs)
or
Option 2: Attack > Move > Move (using Engine Techs) > Attack (using Demolisher)
On a related note, because Demolisher only lets you perform 1 of your attacks after moving, you cannot move, then attack, then move with Engine Techs, then attack again.
