It will be a nice way to spend that last point if you don't care about initiative, but I doubt the card will bring ships back like Chardaan Refit or BTL-A4 did.

There is some potential with this card at 1 point though. R2 and Unhinge Astromech both costs 1 point and adds lots of green even on hard turns.
