I've seen quite a lot of these pictures before but certainly not all of them and seldom collected like this. Between age 10 and 20 I though computer graphics were da bomb, but of course I could not know then just where it would lead us (Episode 1,2 and 3 for instance).
Today I have nothing but the highest of respect for the people who built these models. As someone who scratchbuild models I find it almost unbelievable that these models could even be built! The tools and materials we have today are superior in every way and yet never in my life would I be able to replicate those models to that level!
I know what you mean. i started out scratchbulding and still do so when i have the time.
