Seems as if though they wouldn't be permitted to release even a single card without express written consent. Which FFG does NOT do.
How are they getting around it if so?

I wouldn't be surprised if FFG was in on it. A leaked spoiler that requires a translation effort, image enhancement, and some speculation; you can't pay for hype like that.
Asmodee merger fine print probably allows for this sort of half-spoiler teasing.
So 21 points for the Tie Punisher. That sounds reasonable when comparing it to the Bomber. Now the Defender good luck seeing one of those in the game again. You trade a white 4K 1 firepower and 2 agility for 3 more hull and a load of weapon slots.
As for Spanish business I don't want to make a stereotypical statement but Spanish companies are notorious for being extremely laisez-fare and uncooperative when it comes to dealing with other businesses. They really often play by their own rules and it is not uncommon for NDAs to be disregarded.
They're doing a pretty good job of teasing us, I think. Showing us just a little bit, enough to keep us talking about Wave 7, but not spoiling the whole thing yet. All we got is the points cost of 3 of the Pilots and the Twin Ion mod.
Same thing for the K-Wing, we still don't know what the PS 6 pilot or the Connor Net does.

And drop to two attack, lose two agility and drop to a TIE bomber's dial or worse. Agility is a multiplier for hull, and this game is pretty much built around dials. If you compare ships just on hit points for cost (which is what you're doing) then surely the TIE bomber should supplant the TIE interceptor?

The weapon slots are only going to be as useful as the weapons that we can put in them.
And the drop between 2 attack and 3 attack is huge. 2 red dice means you're generally averaging 1.5 hits per attack. That's not hard to dodge with two green dice, let alone the 3 green with Autothrusters meta we're currently in. The Defender also has Cannon access, which is generally superior to any missile or torpedo.
If the Twin Ion Engine upgrade works as we suspect (giving the Defender access to either white turns or green banks), the ship will probably appear on more tables than ever before.

Who let a hwk pilot in the k wing?

Not pass, spend. Wedge and Biggs are next to K-wing with Recon Specialist. Wedge has a Target Lock. He spends Target Lock and K-wing's Focus on his attack. Biggs takes fire twice. Spends his own focus on the first, K-wing's Focus on the second.
In both situations, the focus token is removed at the time that the X-wings convert their eyes to hits/evades.

+1 for TIE Pilot's response:

The Defender and Punisher have very little in common. The Punisher is not going to push the Defender out of... er, whatever role the Defender has in competitive lists.
As for Spanish business I don't want to make a stereotypical statement but...
"I don't want to say something unnecessarily reductive and a little bit racist, but watch me do it anyway."
Edited by Vorpal Swordah i agree, looks too deliberately placed in the order they have it.. Shoot FFG probably sent them a diagram and script of exactly how to shoot the video
Spanish Distributor: I give you word as a spaniard, we will not spoil any cards.
FFG Representative Roberts: No good. I've known too many spaniards.
Have they been named? if not, its easy to get away with it.
some US LGS were selling Armada wave I ahead of its official release date but they werent named, so no solid recourse for FFG there.

Garven gets shot at and spends the focus from the K-Wing. Garven gives a focus token to the K-Wing. Rinse and repeat until Garven is dead or the enemy is out of shots.

I don't see why it wouldn't. Garven's trigger is spending a token. I don't think it can really be abused too much. Since Garvin is limited in the number of tokens he can spend in a round, all the opponent needs to do is to not shoot Garven before the K-Wing.
That's a nice little incentive to shoot someone other than Garven but the end result is that if he brings a long a PS6 K-Wing he essentially has Luke's pilot ability. Garven with R5-P9, Luke with R2-D2 and the K-Wing might make a nice little squad.
Edit: R2-F2 or anything that requires an action might be cool on Garvin since he'll have all the focus tokens he ever needs.

Are you that worried about a trick that works only for a PS6 X-wing with no EPT slot?

Yes, I know my grammar is horrible.
Non disclosure agreement...
Edge is more than just a supplier, they're pretty much FFG's spanish partner. Meaning they're the ones who are licensed to translate said products and distribute. I mean, just look at the 2 companies' websites.... they're practically identical.
I would say they were likely allowed to do so.
