"Squad Icon: Each squadron you activate can attack twice if it does not move."

Does this mean only squads activated by the Yavaris or is it a global thing?

Gut and X-wing rules lawyering tell me only squads activated by Yavaris.

You on upgrade cards refers to the ship they are attached to.

Squadrons activated by the Yavaris while it is resolving a Squadron command.
