I would add at least 1 A wing. Maybe use a Corvette instead of Nebulon?

I think Mon Mothma is a waste of points if you aren't running Corvettes. Garm would be much better by supplying you Command Tokens and saving 5 points.

That second Neb could be a Corvette with Overload Pulse, for less points. That would allow you to beef up your squadrons.

The reason for the Nebs is so that I can take advantage of their range. Which I really should just use Dodonna for and upgrade them to Escorts so i have the AS dice.

The goal of this build is to take advantage of Intel officers, not in a method of denial for those tokens but as a serious method to get rid of defense tokens.
