Current build i plan on testing this weekend. Still have some testing to see if Howlrunner is worth it with so few Ints and if I need bombers at all in favor of some more ship upgrades.

Yep. I also constructed VDV (D is for Demolisher) list and there's no way to put all that goodies AND a commander into a 300 pts basket.

WellWell is an illegal list without a commander. Sacrifices will need to be made
