What is this referring to? A new baddie at the end of a new mission? A new lieutenant? There's supposed to be a picture in the post, but nothing shows on my machine. What am I missing here?

He's the Demon Prince Avatar's Lt.

And he's awesome because he has a demon that accompanies him, that incidentally has soar. He also gives the overlord a 5 ct boost for razing cities, so he's useful for marching to a previously beseiged city right when you start rolling.

Ah, so this thread was a preview of RtL? It's kind of old, I wonder why they've kept it in the stickies...
