It has the same firepower of BBBBZ without the shielding of course . You are going to have to rely on positioning and those devil green dice.

I haven't tried it personally but I think it might have some merit. Its going to give any turreted list a ton of trouble. Once the Interceptors get in behind, they will be silly hard to shake. They also can keep up with a boosting large base ship. They also shoot at PS 3, so they are better against Predator and they shoot before PS 2 which is pretty vital. It does have to be flown with a lot more care than your rebel swarm though.

One huge hindrance is you have to buy 4 Interceptor packs to run it, unless you are in a friendly proxing environment.

Yes you're PS3, but you're still very vulnerable to anyone that's not a swarm. I feel like BBBBZ can get away with PS2 due to the abundance of shields.

I think going 3x Royal Guard Interceptors with VI & AT for PS8 plus 2 Academies for blocking would work better. You lose 1 red die but the Royals can arc-dodge much better at PS8.

Pretty much. Problem with 5 Alphas is your likely going to be down to four anyway by the time you get to shoot.

Its just a thought.

this is pretty good against,' Old Man' Lists like BBBBZ and BXXZZZ, XXXZZZ, these lists throw alot of red dice, try and snipe with the Avengers at rng 3 until a few shields are stripped, then move in for kill...dont joust w ints....you'll die...all in all its fun to fly and you're shooting before them.
