Yes. Keep in mind that the cortex implanys cost 10x the cost for a good quality item, so 30x the cost of a normal cortex implant, though.

Normally, yes. In this case, the item specifies a cost of 10x the usual price for good quality implants, however. A good-quality implant would usually be 3x the cost of a normal implant, so ten times that would be a total of 30x the normal cost.

I was just under the impression that the 10x cost replaces the normal 3x for the good quality
