Can someone explain him to me? I don't really understand how he works or his benefit.
How does Raymus work?
When you reveal your dial, you automatically gain a token of the same type. Simple as that.
when you reveal your order you have to choose if you want to use it right away for the full effect or to take the token which you can use later for a smaller effect - Raymus allows you do both of these instead of one or the other
Just to clarify: when you reveal a dial, you gain the matching token without having to spend your dial to do so. This is very powerful as it allows you to "double up" your commands - very useful as most of our rebel ships have a low command value. Do note that the token you get works like any other token (i.e. you can't have more than one of each type of token and you can't exceed your Command value).
Some examples:
On a Neb B Escort frigate, revealing a Squadron command - the dial + token means you can activate 3 squadrons (especially powerful with Yavaris). On a Corvette, an Engineering dial + token gives you 3 engineering points, allowing you to discard a damage card).

Yeah, in fact he works well in pretty much any ship, but I have found that using him for that extra squadron activation most effective. In an AF2 with Expanded Hangars, you can activate 5 squadrons!
I'm not sure if there is a precise order of events, like a stack in World of Warcraft TCG...
Let's say I have Raymus Antilles on my ship... during the last round, I was hit pretty hard and have lost all my front shields. I have a Repair on my Command Dial and a Repair token on my ship ready to be used... When I reveal my Command dial (Repair), do I have time to use my Repair token, or does Raymus powers creates another new one before, destroying one because of doubles, and leaving me with only one Repair token.
If I can use it before Raymus creates a new one, then I could finish the round with a spare Repair token and still use the Command dial and the Repair token.
If it is destroyed before I can use it, then I loose my saved token and finish with no spare Repair token.
So... what is it ?

You would reveal your command dial and Captain Antilles would allow you to gain the token without spending the dial. Since you can't have two of the same tokens at the same time, you only keep one copy. You could then spend the dial and token as a repair action (or any other combo).
You must spend the dial before any other action, so you can't double up.
