Got confirmation from CSI with tracking last night, expected delivery is Thursday. That's a supplemental shipment though, majority of mine I'm picking up Thursday night at the FLGS.

I'm starting to fear that I won't hear from my FLGS that my pre-orders have come in until tomorrow afternoon/evening.

By then it will be to late to bring them to a friend's house to utterly crush her with my new Imperial firepower.

This is a profound tragedy, and I don't care how many pathetic aliens on the Outer Rim call it "Core World Problems".

I'll have to badger them tonight just to make sure they're not sleeping on making their phonecalls.

My MM just came in today at 11am PDT. I'm in CA (sorry about the ports). Any idea on how long it takes with their UPS shipping or whatever?

The free UPS Ground they offer takes 5 business days on average, expect it Tuesday next week at the earliest.

If you have the maneuver tool on your order then MM isn't going to ship. That is still listed as "at the printer".

Anyone from Australia have any ideas? Guessing another week at least

Did everyone that ordered from MM get there shipping notices? Still haven't received mine trying to get a feel where there at in shipping and if I need to contact customer service yet.

I called MM today to check on my order and they said the preorder department is really backed up with the Armada launch. My order seemed to be at the bottom of the list because I added something to it a few days ago, and it's been stalled at "alert" status ever since. The person on the phone said it would be at least a couple more business days before it shipped. I decided to cancel the preorder and submit a new order, hoping that will speed things up. Maybe I'm wrong and they ship all preorders before filling new orders, but that is not the impression I got. It sounds like all the preorders have to pass through a relatively small group of their staff. Anyone else know for sure?

Just a disclaimer, I like MM and they have always been courteous to me. I just want those ships ASAP.

Just got my notification from Carhaus...The game that should nott be named and Wave 1 reinforcements are in route...This is going to be epic ; adding Utars ships and old WOTC to the fray...Lol just noticed that 1st order shipped ; 2nd order is still being processed...

According to tracking info, my wave 1 should be arriving on saturday from CoolStuffInc. Happy birthday to me!

Tin Snipss: Im in West Aussie. My shipping is apparently around 10 days from 2 days ago. I might expect Next Week but early the week after next is more likely. Stupidly I didnt order a VSD (because I already have 2 core sets) but I think I will have to because it has upgrade cards I need.

Um. That may have been a mistake. I added some paint brushes two days before wave 1 was announced to be shipping. I called them on Tuesday to ask how that affected things since people were posting MM shipping notifications and I hadn't gotten one. They said the addition was fine but would delay my order by 24-48 hours. I asked if I could cancel the brushes and save a day, they said yes so I did. I got my shipping notification the following day.

I'd think canceling your standing order would literally move you to the back of the line. In the future I'd say to just cancel your recent addition and place it in a separate order. That way you keep your preorder standing but come off alert.

I placed an order with both CSI and MM on Wed night 5/10. I received a shipment notice from CSI yesterday afternoon. Then last night MM sent a shipment notice. I have stopped tying up my money for months on a pre-order when I can just put an order in once they both have stock.

MM has updated my new order (placed yesterday)as shipped. Glad I cancelled my preorder (with its stalled "alert status" from an add-on) which seemed to be going nowhere and placed a new one. From now on I'm not going to preorder through them. I'll just wait until they have what I want on hand.
